Legal Cannabis Purchase & Possession Limits
Maine law sets strict limits on the amount of cannabis and cannabis products a retail store can sell to an adult customer in a single transaction or day.

Purchase limits: Up to 2.5 oz of cannabis or a combination that includes no more than 10 g of concentrate per 24 hours. 28‑B §1501(1)(B), (F)
For edibles and infused beverages, count the entire net product weight toward the 2.5 oz aggregate. For the 10 g concentrate sub‑limit, count only the weight of cannabis concentrate in a product (exclude other ingredients) per definitions. 28‑B §1501(1)(B), (F); §102‑A(9)
