Packaging Mandates

Label Requirements

  • Mandatory fields: License numbers (cultivator, manufacturer, store), universal symbol, warnings, batch, net weight, cannabinoid potency.MRS Title 28-B, §701(1)
  • Prohibited content: No youth-oriented graphics, false claims, or trademark violations; avoid depicting humans/animals/fruit.MRS Title 28-B, §701(4)

Edible Standards
